The Philadelphia Study Center of the Shevchenko Scientific Society in the U.S. presents a lecture by Lubomyr Luciuk, professor of political science at the Royal Military College of Canada, titled “The Other War Against Ukraine and Ukrainians: The Crippling Legacy of Soviet-Era Disinformation in North America.” The event will take place at the Ukrainian Educational and Cultural Center (700 Cedar Rd, Jenkintown, PA).
