NEW YORK: The Shevchenko Scientific Society invites all to a lecture “Ukraine’s Books Published in 16-18th Centuries; in the context of European history of book printing; with focus on collections of the Museum of Books and Printing in Ukraine, the Haiduk private collection, and collections in museums and libraries of Chicago.” Presented by Valentyna Bochkovska, Director of the Museum of Books and Printing in Ukraine and a 2016-17 Fulbright Fellow, the lecture will take place at the Society’s building, 63 Fourth Avenue (between 9th and 10th sts.) at 5 p.m. For additional information call (212) 254-5130
