It is essential to the mission of the Shevchenko Scientific Society and the Fulbright program that Ukrainian scholarship and arts continue to thrive. She holds a Ph.D. in Sociology (2015\, Institute of Sociology\, the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine). Since March 2022\, Natalia has led the Ukrainian team within the “24/02/22\, 5 am” international documentation initiative. This Fall\, she is a Fulbright visiting scholar at the Department of Sociology\, Columbia University. Natalia is interested in sociological research methods\, oral history\, urban sociology\, spatial and social transformations after state socialism.\nPlanning Urban Future During Times of Uncertainty\nFirst the COVID-19 pandemic and later the full-scale Russian invasion in Ukraine showed how fragile our plans could be\, and the planning became a privilege. Can we still plan the future\, which most likely will be the urban future? Since February 24\, 2022\, Ukrainian cities and villages have been experiencing large-scale destruction. Constant artillery shelling\, hundreds of missiles\, and bombs are destroying human lives\, housing\, infrastructures\, communal utilities\, nature\, social and spatial organization in general. Part of Ukrainian territory is still under occupation. Ukrainian society mobilized to face the aggression and to support those in need. Dreaming about our independent and peaceful future is part of our resistance.What kind of planning do we need for this future? Who is going to be involved in decision-making? How should this planning be organized? What principles should be embedded in it? What are the sources of inspiration and models for reflections? And who will be considered an expert in this discussion?\nMisha Tyutyunik is a Ukrainian-born painter\, muralist\, street artist\, illustrator\, and most recently\, virtual reality artist\, living and working out of Brooklyn\, New York.A graduate of Pratt Institute\, he travels the world creating murals and is regularly commissioned to paint and illustrate for many reputable brands\, publications and collectors. Misha has recently completed a Fulbright Grant abroad in Ukraine\, and was one of five artists chosen to paint a sanitation vehicle for the NYC Dept. of Sanitation as part of their ‘trucks of art’ initiative.\nPublic Art:  A Connection to the People\n As someone who was born in Ukraine and spent their childhood in Kyiv\, it was important to me to go back and reconnect with my roots\, as well as develop a connection to the land and the people through my public art practice.  During my Fulbright year in Ukraine\, and to the present moment\, I have been fortunate to work with many Ukrainian communities\, curators\, historians and local officials to create large scale murals that celebrate Ukrainian culture\, history and people.  It is my view that public art should be made with and for the public; otherwise it ceases to be ‘public’ art.  This was my approach to every project that I worked on during my Fulbright\, and how I continue to work on public art now.\nIryna Tofan Museum Studies MA student at NYU\, a background in Theory and History of Art. Current research focuses on Museum Digitization and Digital Archives.\nWhy does Museum Digitization in Ukraine matter?\nAlthough the digitization of museums’ collections in Ukraine is not a priority now\, it is an important task for the near future. In most cases\, only 1–2% of the museum collection in Ukraine is on permanent display due to the available exhibition space\, while the remaining thousands of artworks are mostly available to employees or researchers who have special access. SUMMARY:Book Presentation | Ukrainian Art at the Dawn of Independence
DESCRIPTION:Painting in Excess: Kyiv’s Art Revival\, 1985-1993 (Rutgers University Press\, 2021)\nPrinted by Rutgers University Press in conjunction with the eponymous exhibition Painting in Excess: Kyiv’s Art Revival\, 1985-1993 at the Zimmerli Art Museum\, the book reflects upon the transformative moment of perestroika\, which gave birth to Ukrainian contemporary art and turned Kyiv into a bustling cultural capital. The book/catalogue will be presented by its editor\, author and exhibition curator Olena Martynyuk\, art historian and research fellow at the Harriman Institute of Columbia University\, and two of the book’s contributing authors: Alisa Lozhkina\, Ukrainian art historian and the author of the book Permanent Revolution: Art in Ukraine\, the 20th to early 21st Century\, and Asia Bazdyrieva\, art historian\, filmmaker\, educator and a co-founder of Geocinema platform. They will discuss how new art emerged during perestroika in Ukraine together with a new state\, a new art that contemplated the possibility of a new page in Ukrainian culture\, no longer defined by the categories of official and unofficial art behind the Iron Curtain. An explosion of styles and newly found freedoms in Ukraine coincided with public consideration of the traumatic past and present during the collapse of the Soviet Union. The transitional period will be discussed together with its reverberations in the present Russian-Ukrainian war. \nThe discussion will be moderated by Mayhill C. Fowler\, associate professor of history at Stetson University and full member of the Shevchenko Scientific Society in the U.S. \n\n  \n Olena Martynyuk is an art historian from Ukraine\, with an M.A. in Cultural Studies from the National University Kyiv-Mohyla Academy of Ukraine and a Ph.D. in Art History and Theory from Rutgers University. Currently\, she is a Petro Jacyk Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Ukrainian Studies at the Harriman Institute of Columbia University\, where she is doing research and teaching classes on Ukrainian and Russian art history. She taught art history classes at Rutgers University and CUNY College of Staten Island\, and organized exhibitions at the Zimmerli Art Museum\, the Ukrainian Museum\, and the Ukrainian Institute of America in New York City. Her most recent exhibition Painting in Excess: Kyiv’s Art Revival\, 1985-1993 is currently on view at the Zimmerli Art Museum. Martynyuk edited a comprehensive catalogue which was published in conjunction with the exhibition by Rutgers University Press. She authored and co-authored book chapters on Ukrainian art in books From ‘The Ukraine’ to Ukraine: A contemporary History\, 1991-2021\, edited by Mykhailo Minakov\, Georgiy Kasianov and Matthew Rojansky (2021\, together with Oksana Barshynova) and Contemporary Art in Ukraine and the Baltic Countries: Political and Social Perspectives\, edited by Svitlana Biedarieva (2021). Currently\, she is working on the Introduction to Ukrainian Contemporary Art as a co-editor with Alla Rosenfeld (forthcoming from University of Toronto Press) and on her own monograph on Ukrainian neo-baroque. \nAlisa Lozhkina is an independent Ukrainian curator\, art historian and critic currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2010-2016 she was the editor in chief of the major Ukrainian art magazine ART UKRAINE. In 2013-2016 she served as a Deputy Director of Mystetskyi Arsenal. Alisa Lozhkina curated seven large-scale international exhibitions of contemporary art\, including “Permanent Revolution. Ukrainian Art Now” at Ludwig Museum\, Budapest which was nominated for Global Fine Art Awards (New York\, USA) as one of the best museum exhibitions of post-war and contemporary art in 2018. Additionally\, Lozhkina is known as the author of the following books: Point Zero. The Newest History of Ukrainian Contemporary Art (Сo-authored with Oleksandr Soloviov\, 2010) and Permanent Revolution: Art in Ukraine\, the 20th to the Early 21st Century which was published in Ukrainian\, French\, and\, most recently\, in English. Alisa is currently an ABD in Comparative History at Central European University (Vienna-Budapest) where she is writing her dissertation on the interconnection of art and revolutions in recent Ukrainian history. \nAsia Bazdyrieva is an art historian and filmmaker whose practice revolves around writing\, research\, and education in Ukraine and internationally. Her research interests span across visual culture\, (feminist) epistemology and environmental humanities at large\, and pays particular attention to the project of Soviet modernity with its ideological and material implications in spaces\, bodies\, and lands. She holds master’s degrees in art history from the City University of New York and analytical chemistry from the Kyiv National University. She was a Fulbright scholar in 2015–2017\, and a researcher in Storefront for Art and Architecture (NYC) as an Edmund S. Muskie fellow (2017). In addition\, panelists will examine ways in which the international community can alleviate human suffering in the war-torn country. \nOlga Boichak is a Lecturer in Digital Cultures at the Department of Media and Communications\, University of Sydney. She is a sociologist with expertise in computational social science\, and her research interests span networks\, narratives\, and cultures of activism in the digital age. Before joining the University of Sydney in 2019\, Olga was a visiting scholar at Ryerson University (Canada) and a research assistant at the Center for Computational and Data Sciences (Syracuse University\, USA)\, where she contributed to the development of tools and analytic techniques that support social listening\, bot detection\, information literacy\, and decision-making in complex scenarios. Prior to becoming an academic\, she managed political campaigns in Ukraine and ran the Centre for Public Opinion Research (2005-2015)\, as well as served as Ukraine’s youth delegate to the United Nations (2014). Her work has appeared\, among others\, in Big Data & Society\, International Journal of Communication\, Media\, War & Conflict\, Global Networks\, and the Oxford Handbook of Sociology and Digital Media.  \nChristina Olha Jarymowycz is a scholar with research interests in gender and agency\, transnational feminism\, gendered embodiment\, and postsocialism. She holds a doctorate in Sociology from Boston University and a master’s degree in Regional Studies – Russia\, Eastern Europe\, and Central Asia from Harvard University. Currently\, Dr. Jarymowycz is working as a researcher at Harvard Business School\, where she studies investors and companies that seek to generate social benefit alongside financial profit. \nTamara Martsenyuk is an Associate Professor at the Department of Sociology\, National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (Ukraine) and the 2017-2018 Fulbright Scholar at the Harriman Institute\, Columbia University. Dr. Martsenyuk holds a Ph.D. (Candidate of Sciences) in Sociology. She is the author of over 100 articles\, book chapters\, and textbook chapters. For her outstanding contributions to research in social sciences\, Dr. Martsenyuk received the 2020 Petro Mohyla Prize annually awarded to distinguished faculty at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. She is engaged in educational activism and conducts trainings for a wide target audience: journalists\, think tanks\, civil servants\, politicians\, civic activists\, and more. Dr. Martsenyuk embraces the idea of public sociology – science and research for the sake of social change and is therefore constantly involved in various research or teaching projects. Her research interests include gender and social structure\, among them women’s access to the military. In 2021 Dr. Martsenyuk (with the research team) conducted a research project\, titled “Invisible Battalion 3.0: Sexual Harassment in the Military.” \nOlena Nikolayenko is a Professor of Political Science at Fordham University. Originally from Ukraine\, she received her Ph.D. in political science from the University of Toronto and held visiting appointments at the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies at Harvard University\, the Princeton Institute for International and Regional Studies at Princeton University\,  the Center on Democracy\, Development\, and the Rule of Law at Stanford University\, the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (Germany)\, and the Department of Sociology at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (Ukraine). Her research interests include comparative democratization\, contentious politics\, women’s activism\, and youth\, with a regional focus on Eastern Europe. Her recent book\, Youth Movements and Elections in Eastern Europe (Cambridge University Press 2017)\, examined tactical interactions between nonviolent youth movements and incumbent governments in Azerbaijan\, Belarus\, Georgia\, Serbia\, and Ukraine. Her current research focuses on women’s activism in Belarus and Ukraine. She currently serves as the chair of the communications committee at the Shevchenko Scientific Society in the United States. \nJessica Zychowicz is the Director of Fulbright Ukraine & IIE: Institute of International Education\, Kyiv Office. She recently published her monograph\, Superfluous Women: Art\, Feminism\, and Revolution in Twenty-First Century Ukraine (University of Toronto Press 2020). In 2017-2018 Dr. Zychowicz was a U.S. Fulbright Scholar to Kyiv-Mohyla Academy\, where she taught courses in visual sociology\, gender\, and conducted interviews and archival research toward her second book. She has authored numerous articles on gender\, human rights\, revolution and protest in postcommunism. She has also been a Research Fellow at the University of Toronto Munk School of Global Affairs (2015-2016); a Visiting Scholar at Uppsala University’s Institute for Russian and East European Studies in Sweden (Fall 2019); and a Visiting Scholar as the 2018-2021 Stasiuk Fellow of the University of Alberta in the Contemporary Ukraine Studies Program (CUSP). This constitutes the largest military operation in Europe since World War II. Over the last several days\, Ukrainians have confronted this unprecedented act of aggression. Russian armed forces have bombarded Ukrainian cities\, causing the death of hundreds if not thousands of civilians. At great cost and with heroic resistance\, the Ukrainian army is defending the country. Against this background\, the participants of the roundtable will discuss the progress of the Russian-Ukrainian war\, the role of the United States and NATO\, the effectiveness of sanctions\, and the humanitarian catastrophe facing Ukrainians. \nParticipants: Adrian Karatnycky\, Valerii Kuchynskyi\, Mykola Riabchuk \nModerator: Markian Dobczansky \nAdrian Karatnycky was a nonresident senior fellow with the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Center. From 1993 to 2004\, he was president and executive director of Freedom House\, during which time he developed programs of assistance to democratic and human rights movements in Belarus\, Serbia\, Russia\, and Ukraine. At Freedom House he devised a range of long-term comparative analytic surveys of democracy and political reform. For twelve years he directed the benchmark survey Freedom in the World and was co-editor of the annual Nations in Transit study of reform in the post-Communist world. He is a frequent contributor to Foreign Affairs\, Newsweek\, the Washington Post\, the Wall Street Journal\, the Financial Times\, the International Herald Tribune\, and many other periodicals. He is coauthor of three books and coeditor of eight books on Soviet and post-Soviet themes. \nValerii Kuchynskyi is a career diplomat from Ukraine. During his professional career\, which spans over 35 years\, he occupied important posts at home and abroad: Member of the Board of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs\, Director-General of the Americas Department\, Executive Secretary of the National Commission for UNESCO. He also headed the Department of Arms Control and Disarmament and the Department of International  Organisations. He has served in numerous bilateral and multilateral appointments in New York\, Washington DC\, Geneva\, in Africa and in the Caribbean. In 2000- 2006\, he held the position of the Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the United Nations with a diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary. He also served as Ukraine’s Representative to the UN Commission on Human Rights. Since 2007\, after terminating his diplomatic tenure\, he has been employed as Adjunct Professor of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University in the city of New York. Kuchynskyi has authored scores of articles and monographs on UN activities\, international relations and foreign policy. \nMykola Riabchuk is a Senior Research Fellow in the Institute of Political and Nationalities’ Studies of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and a lecturer at the University of Warsaw. He is also the honorary president of the Ukrainian PEN Center and the head of the jury of the “Angelus” international award. He wrote extensively on civil society\, state-nation building\, nationalism\, national identity\, East European politics and postcommunist transition. Ukraine’s position and the challenges it faces will be at the center of the discussion. \n  \nOxana Shevel is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Tufts University where her research and teaching focuses on Ukraine and the post-Soviet region. Her current research projects examine the sources of citizenship policies in the post-Communist states and religious politics in Ukraine. She is the author of award-winning Migration\, Refugee Policy\, and State Building in Postcommunist Europe (Cambridge University Press\, 2011). She is a member of PONARS Eurasia scholarly network\, a country expert on Ukraine for Global Citizenship Observatory (GLOBALCIT)\, and an associate of the Harvard Ukrainian Research Institute and of the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies. She currently serves as President of the American Association for Ukrainian Studies (AAUS) and Vice President of the Association for the Study of Nationalities (ASN). \n  \nVolodymyr Dubovyk is an Associate Professor\, Department of International Relations and Director of the Center for International Studies\, Odessa I. I. Mechnikov National University (Ukraine). He has conducted research at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars (1997\, 2006-2007)\, at the Center for International and Security Studies at the University of Maryland (2002)\, taught at the University of Washington (Seattle) in 2013 and at St. Edwards university/University of Texas (Austin) in 2016-17. He is the co-author of Ukraine and European Security (Macmillan\, 1999) and has published numerous articles on US-Ukraine relations\, regional and international security\, and Ukraine’s foreign policy. А ще я хотіла навчити їх візіонерства — бачити те\, що є важливим для побудови майбутнього\, хоча більшість цього не помічає.» Наразі художниця має 10 років викладацького досвіду мистецтва дітям\, вона розробила свій авторський курс малюнку—  “Думати через малювання”\, є кураторкою проєкту\, де підлітки зібрали дані про село та візуалізували їх. \n  \n  \nАлевтина Кахідзе – художниця\, перформерка\, кураторка\, освітянка\, садівниця. Народилася в м. Жданівка (Донецька область). Живе в селі Музичі біля Києва із 2009 року. Співзасновнця та кураторка резиденції “Розширена історія Музичів”. Викладає мистецтво дітям у Музичах та у Креативній міжнародній дитячій школі за авторською методикою “Думати через малювання”. Авторка проєктів із рослинами. Розробила терміни “дорослий сад” та “тоталітарна клумба”. Із 2013 року у рамках співпраці з журналістами створює візуальні матеріали теми війни та Евромайдану. Кахідзе закінчила Національну академію образотворчого мистецтва (Київ\, Україна) та Jan Van Eyck Academie (Нідерланди\, Маастріхт)\, посланниця з толерантності від ООН в Україні\, лауреатка Премії Малевича для українських художників 2008 р. від Польського Інституту у Києві. \n

Камінь б’є камінь» (2021)\, а також авторкою низки публікацій в українських та європейських виданнях. DESCRIPTION:  \nУ 1940-50-х роках десятки тисяч українських жінок було засуджено за політичними звинуваченнями до довготривалих ув’язнень у в’язницях і таборах ГУЛАГу. Вивчення особистих спогадів колишніх невільниць ГУЛАГу в поєднанні з аналізом офіційних документів\, статистичних і демографічних даних\, дозволяє пізнати різні сторони жіночого досвіду неволі. У цій лекції буде розкрито ті прийоми\, до яких вдавалися жінки\, щоб пристосуватися до нелюдських умов життя\, щоб врятуватися на межі фізичного та психічного виснаження. Буде показано власне жіночі стратегії виживання та способи збереження ключових соціальних ідентичностей (гендерної\, національної\, релігійної) в умовах критичного обмеження прав та ресурсів. Деякі питомо-жіночі знання\, навички\, уявлення і практики (господарсько-побутові\, творчі\, релігійні тощо) дозволяли жінкам зберігати зв’язок з традиційною культурою та властиві соціальні норми і цінності\, і в такий спосіб протистояти дегуманізуючому впливу табірного режиму. Жіночі спогади про ГУЛАГ віддзеркалюють не лише досвід неймовірних страждань і втрат\, але й вибудовують контр-наратив про подолання режиму самим фактом виживання\, розкриваючи невидиму жіночу дієздатність у нерівному протистоянні з  тоталітарною системою. \nПід час лекції буде представлено англомовне видання книги: Oksana Kis Survival as Victory: Ukrainian Women in the Gulag (Harvard Series in Ukrainian Studies\, 2021). \n  \n Після лекції можна буде придбати книгу з автографом авторки. \n

His research fields include the politics of language\, memory and identity as well as political and media discourse in contemporary Ukraine as well as language policies in multilingual countries across the world. He is the author of four books and more than seventy articles and chanters published in Ukrainian and Western journals and collected volumes. His latest book is Movna polityka v bahatomovnykh kraïnakh: Zakordonnyi dosvid ta ioho prydatnist’ dlia Ukraïny (Language Policies in Multilingual Countries: Foreign Experience and Its Relevance to Ukraine; Kyiv: Dukh i Litera\, 2021). \n \n\n\n\n\nЛада Біланюк професорка антропології у Вашинґтонському Університеті в Сієтлі. Her research encompasses sociocultural and linguistic anthropology\, with particular focus on language ideology\, language politics\, popular culture\, and identity construction. Her book\, Contested Tongues: Language Politics and Cultural Correction in Ukraine (2005\, Cornell University Press) examines the sociolinguistic situation in Ukraine\, drawing on ethnographic fieldwork as well as historical sources to untangle the ideologies and practices surrounding Ukrainian and Russian\, and their roles in nation-building. She has also published numerous articles and book chapters on various aspects of sociolinguistics\, race\, gender\, and popular culture in Ukraine. He penned several books and many articles on civil society\, state/nation building\, nationalism\, national identity\, and postcommunist transition in Eastern Europe. Some of them were translated into Polish\, German\, French\, Serbian\, and Hungarian. His work was distinguished with a number of national and international awards and fellowships\, including Fulbright (1994\, 2016)\, Reagan-Fascell (2011)\, and EURIAS (2013). His most recent books (published in English) are Eastern Europe since 1989: Between the Loosened Authoritarianism and Unconsolidated Democracy (Warsaw\, 2020)\, and At the Fence of Metternich’s Garden. The project was made possible through a grant from the Ukrainian Cultural Fund\, a new state institution created in 2017 aimed at fostering the growth of national culture and art in Ukraine. In 2021\, the Narbut XXI project won the inaugural Best Project prize from UCF in the category of Design. In our panel\, the project’s history\, goals\, and impact will be discussed by Lidia Lykhach\, the founder and director of Rodovid publishing house\, Prof. Myroslava Mudrak\, a leading specialist in Ukrainian modernist and avant-garde art and the author of one of the books included in the project\, and Dr. Yulia Fediv\, one of Ukraine’s leading cultural managers and the founding director of the Ukrainian Cultural Fund. \nRegister for the webinar (space is limited).\nThe event will also be streamed live on our Facebook page and YouTube channel. \nAbout the Speakers\n\n\n\n\n\nMyroslava Maria Mudrak is Emerita Professor of History of Art at The Ohio State University and a member of the Shevchenko Scientific Society. Her research centers on modernist art of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries\, with special emphasis on avant-garde and abstract art in Europe. Mudrak’s seminal work\, New Generation and Artistic Modernism in Ukraine (1986)\, published in a Ukrainian translation in 2019\, was awarded the Kovaliw Prize for Ukrainian Studies. She has curated several exhibitions of Ukrainian modernist art for the Ukrainian Museum in New York\, among them “From the Lotus to the Sickle: The Art of Borys Kosarev” (2011) and “Staging the Ukrainian Avant-Garde 1910s-1920s” (2015)\, whose catalogue was recognized with the 2016 Alfred H. Barr\, Jr. Award for Smaller Museums\, Libraries\, Collections\, and Exhibitions under the auspices of the College Art Association. Her most recent book\, The Imaginative World of Heorhii Narbut and the Making of a Ukrainian Brand (2020)\, which is the catalyst for our online event\, was originally intended to serve as the catalogue to an exhibition that never materialized because of the Covid pandemic. \n \n\n\n\n\nLidia Lykhach is the executive editor and owner of RODOVID Press\, where she has created publishing projects that bring to light some of the most important elements from the cultural history of Ukraine. These projects include more than fifty albums\, catalogues and monographs in Ukrainian\, English and French languages. The publications from these series have received the high awards given at professional gatherings and competitions among Ukrainian publishers. Lykhach has prepared or curated numerous exhibitions\, among others: Ukrainian avant-garde: non-fashion guide (2018\, Paris); Pure art (2017\, MYSTETSKYI ARSENAL\, Kyiv with Petro Honchar); Sculpture and Icon in Ukraine (2007\, New York City); The Colors and Melodies of Ukrainian Holidays (2006-07\, Kyiv as well as Winnipeg\, Canada); and Icons from the Land of Shevchenko (2000-01\, New York City\, Chicago\, Toronto\, Winnipeg\, Saskatoon). \n \n\n\n \n \n\nYuliia Fediv studied at the Yuri Fedkovych National University in Chernivtsi and the University of Bremen and holds a Ph.D. in Political Science. SUMMARY:41st Annual Shevchenko Conference: Taras Shevchenko in Memoirs
DESCRIPTION:Shevchenko scholarship has traditionally been in the forefront of Ukrainian literary studies and has served as a touchstone in the Ukrainian humanities in the modern period. In 2009 the Shevchenko Scientific Society in the United States initiated an ambitious publication program to mark the 200th Anniversary of the poet’s birth (2014) that drew on the expertise of leading Shevchenko scholars in Ukraine and the West. The project has produced over a dozen books of Shevchenkiana\, most notably Taras Shevchenko. The Critical Reception (Kyiv: Krytyka\, 2013 and 2016). \nTraditionally\, the Shevchenko Scientific Society in the US\, along with the Ukrainian Academy of Arts and Sciences in the US (UVAN) and the Ukrainian Research Institute at Harvard University (HURI)\, hold an annual conference devoted to the legacy of Shevchenko. The focus of this year’s conference is the broad field of memoir literature relating to Shevchenko\, and it reflects the Shevchenko Society’s and HURI’s ongoing publication project that anticipates a six volume edition of all extant memoirs about the Ukrainian national poet\, covering his life (1814-1861) and\, depending on the authors of these memoirs\, appearing well into the late 19th and even the early 20th c. \nThe first two volumes of this series are scheduled to appear later this year. They build on the fundamental Taras Shevchenko.
