The Shevchenko Scientific Society invites all to a lecture “Ukrainian Gastronomy Identity in Ukraine and Diaspora,” by Marianna Dushar, a graduate of Lviv University in biology and biophysics and a Fulbright scholar 2019-2020. The presentation is dedicated to the distinct Ukrainian culinary/taste traditions, which serve as an instrument of ethnic identification, as well as intercultural communication.
